We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support transaction reconciliation and operational finance processes. In this role, you will work with large volumes of financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal systems, banks, and payment providers. The position is well suited for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a foundational background in audit or accounting who is eager to grow within a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform transaction reconciliations between internal systems, banks, and payment providers.
  • Identify and document discrepancies in transactions, balances, fees.
  • Investigate missing or mismatched transactions and escalate issues when needed.
  • Prepare reconciliation files and basic reports.
  • Maintain reconciliation trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with operational transaction tasks related to payment processing and settlements.
  • Communicate reconciliation findings with internal teams.
  • Support ongoing improvements to reconciliation and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the Big 4.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (shortcuts, formulas, filters, pivot tables).
  • English (B2 or higher).
  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
  • Ability to handle routine tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and practical communication skills.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience using Power Query.
  • Technical mindset and willingness to learn SQL and work with databases.
