Your website must contain standard refund policy with the terms for the provision of goods and services. The other points we are interested in and also should be posted (these points are going to be helpful in order to prevent issues with the customers) are:

  • Do you offer returns and within how long?
  • Do you offer a product/service replacement and within how long?
  • Terms and contacts needed for dispute resolutions;
  • Rules of dispute resolution procedures: when the customer can\cannot dispute the provided services.
